What You'll Do: Working alongside the Store Manager, you will:
- Support daily store operations
- Supervise and coach team members
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Assist with inventory, cash handling, and store security
- Help with scheduling, staffing, and training
- Stock merchandise and maintain store appearance
- Support food service operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Qualifications: We're looking for someone with:
- Retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Customer service and cash handling experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability
Convenience store, retail, food service, or hospitality management experience is a plus but not required.
Schedule
This is a full-time position in Dubuque, primarily supporting 2nd shift operations. We strive to provide scheduling flexibility while meeting business needs.
