SUMMARY:
The Advance Practice Provider (PA or NP) will maintain and promote the health of the patient care and practice medicine under the supervision of a licensed physician. This position uses expert communication skills and medical decision making to provide the best and safest care possible for our patients.
Educational RequirementsMaster Degree required
Licensure and Certification RequirementsPhysician Assistant or NP license
CPR or BLS Certified
ACLS Certified
Experience RequirementsTwo + years in an outpatient office preferred
Responsibilities include:
Provide patient care
Develop and manage treatment plans
Consult with physicians
Order and interpret labs
Advise patients on preventative care and optimal healthy practices
Patient charting in EMR system
