The role:
We're looking for a product-minded software engineer with hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-powered applications. You'll take ownership of AI features from concept to production, combining strong engineering fundamentals with practical AI integration.
What you'll work onBuild AI-powered products using LLMs, Python and modern APIs.
Develop AI agents, tool-calling systems and automated workflows.
Implement RAG, retrieval and evaluation frameworks.
Ship reliable, scalable applications and continuously improve performance.
Work closely with product teams and customers to shape technical direction.
What we're looking for:
Strong Python and backend engineering skills.
Experience shipping LLM-powered products into production.
Knowledge of AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering and model integration.
Strong product instincts and end-to-end ownership.
A bias towards action and excellent communication skills.
Experience with TypeScript, React, cloud infrastructure or distributed systems is a plus.
