Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Structural Application Engineer to design and develop structural systems for offsite-manufactured and modular building components. This position will be responsible for structural analysis, connection design, detailing, and engineering oversight to ensure structural integrity, safety, code compliance, and constructability. The ideal candidate will have strong structural engineering experience, proficiency with structural analysis and design software, and the ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, manufacturing teams, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities: Develop structural designs for offsite-manufactured and modular building products and systems, including steel framing, supports, foundations, and structural connections. Perform structural analysis and Finite Element Modeling (FEM) to validate designs under various loading conditions. Prepare and review structural calculations, engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Use engineering software such as SAP2000, STAAD, Revit, Inventor, TEKLA, or similar tools for structural analysis, design, detailing, and modeling. Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, structural engineers, manufacturing teams, and other construction disciplines.
