Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Clinical Trials Research Group within the Chronic Pain and Fatigue Research Center (CPFRC). Our team conducts innovative clinical research focused on improving the lives of people with chronic pain and advancing more personalized approaches to pain management. Our team values a positive and supportive work environment, collaboration, and professional development. This role is particularly well suited for someone who enjoys working directly with people and is interested in gaining experience in health coaching, behavioral interventions, chronic pain, and clinical research. Training will be provided in study-specific health coaching interventions and research procedures. The work schedule for this position consists primarily of regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be needed to accommodate participant availability. This position may independently provide study coordination for simple and moderately complex clinical research studies. In addition to general study activities, this role will deliver structured health coaching sessions as part of research protocols. The Clinical Research Health Coach supports participant engagement, assists with behavioral intervention delivery, and supports the conduct of clinical research studies such as registries, long-term follow-up cohorts, and qualitative research. This position will not independently coordinate clinical trials.
