Parallel is a web infrastructure company. Our products are used by leading businesses in sales, marketing, insurance, and coding to build best-in-class AI agents with flexible and powerful programmatic access to the web. We've raised $230 million from Kleiner Perkins, Sequoia, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Khosla Ventures, First Round, and Terrain to build the web for AIs. We're currently valued at $2 billion and we're forming a world-class team of engineers, designers, marketers, sellers, researchers, and operational experts to achieve our mission. Job You'll own product enablement for GTM, sitting at the intersection of engineering and go-to-market. You'll build and run product bootcamps, ongoing technical training, and enablement for every major capability we launch, then turn that knowledge into demos, eval templates, and technical collateral the GTM team can pick up and use on their own. You'll partner with engineering and marketing to build customer‑facing technical content that helps buyers evaluate Parallel, and with Deployed Engineering to turn what they learn in individual deals into scalable resources for the broader team. You’ll spend roughly 80% of your time building and enabling and 20% staying close to live deals to keep everything you build grounded in real customer conversations and challenges. You You've been a Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Engineer for a highly technical product and/or have a strong engineering background. You have 2-3+ years in tech, ideally at a fast‑moving startup, and you're fluent with modern AI tools because you use them constantly in your own work. You can write code, quickly understand a customer’s technical challenges, and make complex products clear enough that anyone can pick them up and run with them. Beyond technical fluency, you understand how great sales teams operate and have strong instincts for what helps them win. Product or technical enablement experience is a bonus, not a requirement. Life at Parallel Our team works fully in‑person, between our Palo Alto HQ and San Francisco office. We’re a flat, talent‑dense organization dedicated to solving technical and creative problems. We seek like‑minded individuals who share our passion for applying science, creativity, and consistency to big and complex problems with equally big outcomes. These are our values: Own customer impact: It’s on us to ensure real‑world outcomes for our customers. Obsess over craft: Perfect every detail because quality compounds. Accelerate change: Ship fast, adapt faster, and move frontier ideas into production. Create win‑wins: Creatively turn trade‑offs into upside. Make high‑conviction bets: Try and fail. But succeed an unfair amount.
