Job Description:
Join The Ben Lalez Team — Where Opportunities Find YouAre you tired of the endless cycle of cold calling, door knocking, and chasing referrals, only to secure a single client after months of effort? At The Ben Lalez Team, we offer a transformative experience. We generate more leads than our agents can handle, and we're seeking driven, ambitious realtors ready to close deals and excel in a dynamic environment. As one of the fastest-growing real estate teams in the region, our success is no accident. Our technology-driven approach and robust lead generation system keep our agents busy, productive, and consistently earning — month after month, regardless of market conditions. Imagine starting your day by checking your phone and finding your pipeline already full. No prospecting, no awkward cold calls, no uncertainty about your next client. Just genuine conversations with real buyers and sellers ready to make a move. This is the everyday reality for agents on our team.
What We Offer:- Leads on Demand — A steady stream of high-quality prospects delivered to you, allowing you to focus on what you do best: selling.
- Real Coaching Support — Receive hands-on guidance from experienced coaches and a leadership team genuinely invested in your growth.
- Back-Office Management — We handle the paperwork and administrative tasks so you can dedicate your energy to clients, not contracts.
- Effective Training — A proven lead conversion program designed for all experience levels, transforming new and seasoned agents into top performers.
- Who We're Looking For:
- We're not just filling a position; we're seeking individuals who are hungry, coachable, and ready to build something remarkable. If you're a self-starter who thrives on connecting with people, loves the thrill of closing deals, and wants to be part of a winning team — you'll fit right in here.
- Self-motivated with a drive to build a career, not just collect a paycheck.
- A natural communicator who enjoys guiding people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
- Energetic, team-oriented, and ready to bring your best every day.
- Real estate license required; prior sales experience is a plus.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage a warm pipeline — follow up with leads and guide them through the buying or selling process.
Conduct buyer and seller consultations that build trust and close deals.
Host open houses and represent listings with confidence.
Ensure smooth transactions from the first showing to the final signature.
Expand your business through strong relationships and local market expertise.
