EHS Strategy Lead — Safety & Compliance

Coherent Corp. in Sherman, TX is seeking a seasoned EHS leader to guide the site Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System in alignment with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. You will develop the EHS strategy, drive performance metrics, and coordinate with site leadership on risk, incidents, and improvement initiatives. The role oversees occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental permits, radiation safety, toxic gas monitoring, and TGMS/PSM programs, ensuring regulatory compliance
