What You’ll Be Responsible For: Building and managing relationships with:
- Kitchen & Bath remodelers, designers, and showrooms
- Residential builders and construction companies
- Prospecting and developing your own pipeline of new accounts
- Following up on bids and turning quotes into closed work
- Growing accounts year-over-year—not just maintaining them
- Managing your territory like a business (activity, follow-up, revenue growth)
What We’re Looking For: Strong candidates will have experience in:
- Kitchen & Bath design or showroom sales
- Working with builders or construction companies
- Cabinet, flooring, or related trades
- Outside sales in a relationship-driven environment
- You’ll succeed here if you are:

- Comfortable prospecting and building new relationships
- Able to manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball
- Consistent with follow-up and disciplined in your process

- CompensationBase Salary + Commission (uncapped)
