Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, orThursday–Sunday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PMJob Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to join a manufacturing company that produces rubber products. The ideal candidate will assist with operating machinery, monitoring production, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities: Operate and monitor machinery used in rubber production. Assist with loading materials into machines and removing finished products. Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow all safety procedures and production instructions. Assist with other manufacturing duties as needed.

Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team. Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Work Environment: This position is in a manufacturing facility that produces rubber products. The job may involve standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, and working around production machinery.
