Registered Nurse (RN): This position follows a clinical interview process. Position Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers quality nursing care through the implementation of the nursing process. The RN works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to uphold professional nursing standards. Responsibilities include executing functions that align with hospital policy, the organization's mission, and regulatory guidelines while ensuring a patient- and family-centered approach to care. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Assess the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients. Plan and implement nursing care based on individual patient and family needs. Make appropriate interventions tailored to patient needs. Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions. Assume personal responsibility for the quality of patient care, patient satisfaction, the work environment, and professional development.

Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Emergency Room (ER) nursing. Current TNCC or ENPC certification. BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA). Active Michigan state nursing license at the time of application.

Work Schedule: The position offers a schedule of either 4/12-hour shifts with overtime available after 48 hours, or 3/12-hour shifts with overtime available after 40 hours.
