You'll begin with base pay as you establish your patient base, then transition to a 30–35% collections-based compensation model, offering strong earning potential. Pay$100,000~$250,000 per year

Job Description
What You'll Do:- Perform comprehensive dental exams and patient assessments
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans
- Conduct restorative procedures, extractions, implants, and oral surgeries
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAAUtilize imaging technology for diagnostics and treatment planning
- Collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants for smooth workflow
- Stay current on dental advancements and attend continuing education opportunities
- Educate patients about treatment options and post-procedure care
