What You'll Do:- Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
- Administer medications & treatments
- Assess patient condition
- Educate families and caregivers
- Follow plan of care
Qualifications
Required: Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (AZ)
Current CPR certification
Preferred:- Pediatric home health experience
- Trach and/or ventilator experience
- New Grads Welcome!
- Schedule & TravelFull-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
