Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow and comply with applicable good manufacturing, safety, and quality assurance practices.
Verify quality control items such as weights, fats, pH, ingredients, etc.
Understand and ensure proper temperature/cooling for processing.
C.I.P. all equipment throughout the department.
Maintain proper documentation in all record keeping formats.
Operate all process room equipment at an efficient level to fulfill production needs.
Responsible for minor maintenance and equipment adjustments.
Relief operation of the margarine system as needed.
Assist with general cleaning and housekeeping throughout the plant as needed.
Work Schedule:
2nd shift/Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and every third weekend 11:00 pm to 5:00 am.
Compensation:
Compensation for this position ranges from $19.00/hour to $29.21/hour, plus $1.00/hour shift premium. Education, experience, and relevant qualifications will be taken into consideration
