Seeking experienced professionals, the hybrid Victim Services Project Consultant positions will manage project delivery, oversee training and capacity building initiatives, and serve as subject matter experts to support organizations serving crime survivors across various locations.
Key responsibilities:
Lead project delivery and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Deliver in-person and virtual training, coaching, and consultation based on organizational needs
Develop and adapt curricula and training materials using adult learning principles
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; a graduate degree preferred for senior roles
10+ years of experience in victim services and victims' rights for leadership roles, with 5+ years in management
5+ years of budget oversight and financial management experience for coordination roles
Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging training to professional audiences
Experience with trauma-informed, victim-centered approaches is highly desirable
