Package Delivery Driver – $22.50/hr | PTO & Medical | Bonuses Program & Tuition Assistance

Package Delivery Driver Package Delivery Driver – $21.50/hr | PTO & Medical | Bonuses Program & Tuition Assistance Knoxville, TN, United States$21.50 / hour At Dear Suburbia Fulfillment (DSF), we don't sugarcoat things. This job is for people who show up, work hard, and take pride in getting things done. We deliver critical medicine, last-minute gifts, and essential supplies with precision, safety, and efficiency. Like any great sports team, everyone has a role, and the team is only as strong as its weakest player. If you take pride in being reliable, hardworking, and strategic on the road, you'll fit right in. But if you're looking to coast through, sit on the sidelines, or disappear when things get tough, this isn't your team. What is the job like? Imagine this: It's pouring rain. You've got 200 stops ahead and 350 packages loaded behind you. Your first stop? A driveway the length of a football field. Driving up isn't safe, so you grab two packages, walk the whole thing in the rain, deliver them exactly where the customer asked, snap a photo, then hustle back to the van—soaking wet, breath visible in the cold air. And that's stop one. Now do that 199 more times. This is not a job for someone who coasts. It's for the ones who think ahead, move fast, stay sharp, and still smile at the end of the day. It's demanding—physically and mentally—but it's also deeply fulfilling. Why do people stay? Yes, it's stressful at first. You'll sweat. You'll be sore. You'll second-guess yourself. But then something clicks. You find your rhythm. You hit your goals. You finish a tough day and realize—you just pulled off something most people couldn't. You worked hard. You worked smart. You moved your body. You solved real-world problems. And you did it all with no boss breathing down your neck. Freedom, fitness, and fulfillment. That's what the job is like—once you earn it. What does it take to make the starting line up? Show Up Ready to Play – Reliability is everything. If you're calling out last-minute or not fully engaged, your team feels it. Are You Built for This Team? We set high standards because winning teams don't settle for mediocrity. If you bring effort, accountability, and a team-first attitude, you'll thrive here. If you'd rather sit on the bench and watch, this isn't your game. What does it take to thrive? Intelligence & Good Judgment: You'll be making constant on-the-fly decisions—where to park, how to organize packages, how to solve for delivery app bugs, and when to improvise without compromising customer trust or safety. Coachability: We look for people who ask questions, want to learn, and actually apply the feedback they get. You're not expected to know it all—you're expected to care enough to improve. Efficiency > Brute Force: The best Delivery Associates don't just "go hard"—they go smart. They figure out how to group stops, stage packages, and route their day for the least wasted effort. That's what separates the burnt out from the successful.
