APPLY NOWA leader in manufacturing electronic instrumentation for the electric utility and process industries is seeking an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor to oversee manufacturing engineering operations and lead a team of three. This role is ideal for someone with strong electrical engineering depth and hands‑on experience in PCBA, electronics assembly, and automated test equipment. It also offers a clear succession and growth path.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a team of manufacturing engineers
- Drive process improvements, cost‑reduction initiatives, and Lean Manufacturing efforts
- Oversee tooling, documentation, test equipment design, and capital equipment decisions
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with production, facilities, QA, supply chain, and EHSReview engineering changes and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Support OPEX, VA/VE, and continuous improvement programs
- What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering strongly preferred)5+ years manufacturing engineering experience 3+ years leading or supervising engineering teams
- Strong background in PCBA manufacturing, electronics engineering, circuit board assembly
- Working knowledge of digital and analog circuitry, including design, testing, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with AutoCAD; familiarity with CADStar, PADS, SolidWorks, LabVIEW, or programming languages (VB, C, Java) is a plus
