HOW YOU WILL CHANGE LIVESThe Child Care Team Lead (CCTL) is the leader of the club's KidCare program. You'll build and develop a high-performing child care team while ensuring every child receives safe, fun, and age-appropriate care during every visit. Your leadership allows parents to focus on their fitness with confidence, knowing their children are supported in a clean, engaging, and well-run environment. By coaching your team, maintaining safety standards, and creating a positive experience for families, you'll help make VASA a place members trust and return to.
