APPLY NOW$1713.60/week -Job Summary: Provide skilled outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a clinic setting, focusing on evaluation and treatment to promote recovery and improve function. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
Assess patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
Administer therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and vestibular therapy.
Document patient progress and update treatment strategies accordingly in electronic medical records.
Educate patients and their families on therapy programs, exercises, and safety procedures.
Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and certification requirements.
Qualifications:
- Hold an active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license.
- Possess at least 2 years of clinical outpatient therapy experience.
- Maintain current BLS certification.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic outpatient setting.
- Preferably experienced in vestibular therapy procedures.
