About StreamStream is an integration platform powering connections across the restaurant technology ecosystem, including POS systems, ordering platforms, marketplaces, AI ordering providers, and other restaurant technology companies. We work with a large and growing network of partners across the restaurant technology ecosystem. We’ve built significant distribution and are continuing to expand that reach. Now we’re looking for someone whose full-time focus is helping our partners become more successful, productive, and valuable.
The Role:
We’re hiring a Director of Partner Growth to own growth, expansion, and retention across Stream’s existing partner ecosystem, with a primary focus on helping our live partners drive more locations and revenue through Stream. This is not a traditional support or account management role. The focus is proactive growth: understanding the opportunity within each partner, identifying why growth has stalled, building strategies to increase adoption, and getting ahead of risks before they impact revenue. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership and visibility across Stream.
What You’ll Do:- Assess the growth potential and strategic value of our partners· Build and execute partner-specific expansion and GTM plans· Identify stalled growth, attrition risk, and revenue opportunities early· Build strong, ongoing relationships with key partners through regular business reviews, proactive outreach, and clear growth plans· Drive partner enablement around Stream’s integrations, capabilities, product releases, and positioning· Work with partners on training, sales enablement, campaigns, webinars, co-marketing, and other growth initiatives· Identify and develop adjacent growth opportunities across the partner ecosystem, including new products, verticals, distribution channels, and strategic initiatives that can unlock additional revenue beyond our core white-label business· Maintain a clear expansion pipeline and forecast across the partner base· Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Partnerships, Onboarding, and Support to remove blockers and unlock growth· Help segment partners based on size, potential, strategic importance, and realistic revenue opportunity· Provide feedback to the Partnerships team on partner quality, potential, and expected distribution based on what we learn from the live partner base
What Success Looks Like:- You should be able to look across Stream’s partner ecosystem and clearly understand:·
- Where the largest untapped opportunities are·
- Which partners are growing, stalled, declining, or at risk·
- Why performance differs across partners·
- What actions can materially change the outcome·
- What incremental locations and revenue we expect from those initiatives
Success will ultimately be measured by net location and ARR growth from the existing partner base, partner expansion, retention, partner productivity, and the strength of the expansion pipeline.
Who We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who combines commercial instincts, strong relationship management, analytical thinking, and execution.
You may come from partnerships, strategic accounts, channel management, customer growth, business development, or a commercially focused customer success role.
Ideally, you have:·
Experience growing B2B technology customers, partners, or channel relationships·
A track record of driving expansion, adoption, retention, or revenue·
Strong commercial instincts and comfort being accountable to measurable growth·
The ability to analyze an account and turn its potential into an actionable growth strategy·
Strong relationship-building and executive communication skills·
Experience working cross-functionally with product, technical, marketing, sales, and operational teams·
A highly proactive approach - you don’t wait for partners to come to you·
The ability to manage a large and varied portfolio while prioritizing the highest-impact opportunities·
Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where you will help build the playbook rather than inherit one
Experience in restaurant technology, POS, online ordering, SaaS integrations, marketplaces, payments, or other partner-driven technology businesses is a major plus.
