Ultimate Caring ABA, a founder-led, clinician-led in-home ABA practice serving Dallas–Fort Worth, is building our founding clinical team: the BCBAs who will set our clinical standards, develop our technicians, and lead as we grow.
Based at our Dallas office, the BCBA will conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with schools while helping to grow our center-based Collin County hub.
