Commercial & Non-QM Loan Officer

Caliver Beach Mortgage is hiring a Loan Officer – Non-QM & Commercial Lending to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated lending professional who understands how to work with borrowers whose financing needs may fall outside of traditional lending guidelines. This role will focus on Non-QM and commercial loan opportunities while helping clients identify financing solutions that align with their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a pipeline of Non-QM and commercial loan opportunities
- Build relationships with borrowers, real estate professionals, investors, and referral partners
- Evaluate borrower needs and identify appropriate loan programs
- Guide clients through the loan process from initial consultation through closing
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal lending partners
- Develop new business through networking, referrals, and relationship building
- Maintain accurate loan documentation and follow applicable company and lending requirements
Qualifications:
- Mortgage, lending, banking, real estate, or financial services experience preferred
- Experience with Non-QM, commercial, investor, or alternative lending is strongly preferred
- Strong sales, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and loan opportunities simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on business development and client serviceNMLS license preferred, but not required
