Senior Financial Analyst (CapEx & Public Funding) Bosch Location Roseville, CA Division Mobility Electronics Work Mode On-Site Fields of work Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, and Credit Control The CapEx and Public Funding Controller will be part of a rapidly growing finance team at Bosch Roseville. Together with a colleague, the individual will be responsible for the planning, budgeting, and forecasting of capital investment projects for the Roseville site. This position plays a critical role in ensuring financial transparency and the successful execution of site investments through the monitoring and analysis of project budgets at the WBS element level. As the CapEx investments qualify for various public funding programs, the role will also be responsible for coordinating public funding applications, maintaining compliance with program requirements, and preparing reporting submissions for external stakeholders. In addition, the individual will support month-end, current forecast, business plan, and long-term business case reporting and forecasting activities. The successful candidate works independently in SAP R/3 and understands the role as a true business partner to operational and executive stakeholders.
Your profile:- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with a specialization in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in an operations environment
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business case development.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a proven business partner mindset
- A self-motivated, conscientious, team player with strong business acumen. Ability to identify and develop solutions to business issues as they arise
- Hands-on mentality with the willingness to flexibly work on new tasks in a dynamic environment
