Key responsibilities:
Lead and mentor billing and collections teams, fostering a performance-driven culture
Collaborate with Sales and Deal Desk to streamline billing workflows and resolve disputes efficiently
Partner with Revenue Accounting to support the monthly financial close cycle and ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards
Required qualifications:
10+ years of experience in billing operations or financial operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience; Master's or CPA preferred
Proven experience managing offshore teams or global shared service centers
Strong collaboration skills with Revenue Accounting and Finance teams for month-end close processes
Hands-on leadership experience with finance system initiatives such as Salesforce or Workday
