This is an opportunity for an experienced technical sourcer to work in a fast-paced, highly technical environment where sourcing is viewed as a strategic function. We are looking for someone who can build targeted talent markets, develop creative sourcing strategies, partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders, and proactively solve difficult pipeline challenges. Use data and market insights to help recruiting partners and hiring leaders make informed talent decisions. Maintain a thoughtful, inclusive, and equitable approach to candidate identification and engagement.
