This is not an entry-level sales position. We are seeking experienced, results-driven sales professionals with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales goals. What You'll Do:- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations with pre-qualified homeowners
- Use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to educate customers and present customized solutions
- Build and design bath remodeling projects using our industry-leading software
- Develop trust and rapport with homeowners while identifying their needs
- Present pricing, overcome objections, and confidently close sales
- Attend weekly sales training and coaching sessions to sharpen your skills
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals
Required Experience
What We're Looking For:- Minimum 3+ years of proven in-home sales experience required
- Demonstrated track record of high sales performance and closing success
- Experience in home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, doors, baths, kitchens, HVAC, or related industries strongly preferred
- Ability to consistently generate substantial commission earnings
