Responsibilities: The Learning Leader will educate and mentor all Future Professionals in technical and guest service skills, inspire and support them in all clinic classroom systems, and ensure a positive, effective learning environment. Qualifications & SkillsExperience instructing at a cosmetology school Current cosmetology instructor license in the state of Idaho Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment Solid work history with verifiable references Passion for the beauty industry Honesty and professionalism Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools cultural and technical systems is preferred Paul Mitchell The School Nampa is an equal opportunity employer.
