About us: Social Influence Studios is a growth partner for high-ticket service businesses: HVAC, home remodeling, countertops, roofing, masonry. We make UGC video ads with real creators, and we judge them by one thing: closed revenue for the client. Cheap leads don't count. Our clients run real money through Meta. When one of our ads works, a client messages us "we just sold a $15k system from your creative." This role exists to make that happen more often, and to keep the client feeling it every week.
The role: You'll do two jobs: run the ads (launch, read and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager) and own the client relationship (you're the client's main point of contact, and you tell them what's working, what we're changing, and why). Most agencies split these into two people, and the client hears two different stories. You'll be the one person who knows the numbers and explains them. Paid ads (Meta first, Google is a plus) Launch new creative batches. Set up campaigns, ad sets, audiences and tracking. Keep every account readable: name every ad by concept, hook and creator, so we can see what won. Day-10 review: about 10 days after each launch, diagnose every ad. A weak hook gets re-cut, a broken concept gets killed, and a winner gets more budget. Send those findings to our creative team, so the next batch of scripts and edits is built on data. Optimize for booked appointments and closed jobs, not cost per lead. That means checking the client's CRM (GoHighLevel) against Ads Manager. Account management Run client onboarding calls and monthly strategy calls. Post a weekly Slack update to each client in plain English: what's working, what's not, and what we're doing about it. Answer client questions within one business day. Spot churn risk early (a client going quiet, lead-quality complaints, results with no story behind them) and flag it to leadership before the client brings it up. Spot growth openings: the account that's ready for more budget, more creative or a second offer.
Reporting:
  • Send leadership a biweekly report for each account: spend, cost per lead, booked rate, closes, top winning creative, and next actions.
  • How we'll measure you
  • Client retention: clients who stay past 6 months. This is the #1 number.
  • Booked appointments and closed revenue per account.
  • The day-10 review gets done on time, for every launch.
  • No client goes a week without hearing from us.
Must-haves: 2+ years running Meta ads with your own hands, ideally for local service or high-ticket businesses, on real budgets ($100–$5,000/day).You can open an account and tell us why an ad is failing: the hook, the offer, the audience or the landing page. You've managed clients directly, you're comfortable on camera, and you write clear, confident updates. Comfortable with numbers: CPL, CTR, hook rate, hold rate, cost per booked call, ROAS.Organized enough to handle 3–6 accounts without dropping anything.
Nice-to-haves: GoHighLevel (pipelines, workflows, basic funnels).Google Ads or TikTok Ads. Experience with UGC or video-first creative. English and Spanish. Not a fit if…You "set it and forget it," or report numbers without saying what they mean. You want to hide behind a dashboard and avoid talking to clients. You optimize for the cheapest lead even when it never closes. PayRemote, contractor. A set rate per client account, not commission. Your pay grows as you take on more accounts, with room to grow into a lead role as we scale.
How to apply: A 3–5 minute Loom walking through a Meta ad account you've run (blur any client names). Tell us what you'd cut, what you'd scale and why. One sample of a client update you've written (anonymized). How many accounts you manage now, and your rate per account. Applications without the Loom won't be reviewed.
