Distribution Associate Fit-Flavors is the gold standard for healthy, convenient, and crave-worthy meals. We prepare and package over 15,000 meals per week in our production facility and distribute them throughout the St. Louis area, to both our storefront locations and direct-to-customer homes. We are a faith-driven organization, deeply rooted in Christian values, guiding our mission with integrity, purpose, and service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for team members who embody our mission, deliver exceptional service, and create meaningful connections with each and every customer. The Distribution Department plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of meals from our facility to the customer. Once the meals are packaged, they are stored in our walk-in coolers, strategically organized for distribution to storefronts, businesses, and home deliveries. This crucial process is facilitated by our fleet of large, temperature-controlled trucks, ensuring that each meal arrives at its destination in perfect condition, ready to be enjoyed by our customers. We are seeking a methodical, detail-oriented, self-starter to join our fit-flavors Distribution team! Distribution Associates work independently and collaboratively with fellow team members, frequently interacting with the packaging, kitchen, and store teams. Strong written and verbal communication is essential, and associates are expected to provide exceptional customer service during home deliveries.
