HACLA seeks a General Counsel to serve as the chief legal advisor to HACLA’s Board of Commissioners and executive leadership. The role oversees all legal services, manages the internal team, and coordinates with outside counsel to support governance, procurement, and program operations.
The position requires a Juris Doctor and at least 10 years of legal experience, including senior leadership responsibilities in public-sector housing or related fields. California driver’s license is required.
