Senior Musical Instrument Retail Sales Associate

Music & Arts seeks a PT Senior Sales Associate to lead customer experience and sales in our Store 7609. In this role, you’ll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. You will drive store sales, support merchandising, manage POS transactions, and help meet performance goals while modeling best practices for the sales team. Ideal candidates bring strong retail or music sales experience, deep passion for music education, and a collaborative, service-driven approach in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.
