Java Software Engineer

Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development. Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring, and Angular. Architect and implement RESTful APIs and Microservices to support various business functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Utilize GitHub for version control and manage code repositories effectively. Leverage GitHub Copilot and Agetnic AI to enhance development efficiency and code quality. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Ensure the team follows Agile methodologies and participates in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.

Mandatory Skills: Strong experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks. Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of Microservices architecture. Proficient in front-end technologies, particularly Angular. Experience with version control systems, specifically GitHub. Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and Agetnic AI tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
