Vice President of Wealth Management

About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President of Wealth Management to provide strategic leadership for its financial planning, protection, and retirement programs. The role will develop and execute program strategy, set growth and performance goals, and oversee service quality, profitability, and key metrics. Responsibilities include leading and developing financial advisors, building partnerships across business channels, and ensuring effective delivery of personalized wealth management services. The Vice President will also oversee regulatory compliance and suitability standards, manage risk, and guide complex client engagements. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in finance, business, management, or a related field, along with 10–12 years of relevant financial services, wealth management, or customer service experience and at least five years in a leadership role. Demonstrated success leading and scaling a wealth management or investment services program is required. Applicants must hold Series 7, Series 63, Series 65 or 66, and a state-issued life and health insurance license; Series 24 and CFP certification are preferred. Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, planning tools, compliance requirements, and performance management is essential, along with proven skills in strategic planning, analysis, communication, and team development.
