Key Responsibilities:- Perform inspections and diagnostic checks.
- Assign and stage work to support shop productivity.
- Update service software with accurate findings and repair information.
- Communicate with customers regarding needed parts or additional repairs.
- Order required parts and help maintain parts margin goals.
- Preform quality control inspection before vehicle delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
