Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an Employment & Labor Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in wage and hour and employment discrimination litigation. Responsibilities Conducting investigatory interviews Drafting and responding to discovery Preparing initial pleadings Drafting and arguing motions Preparing administrative position statements Deposition experience is a plus
