One unit is approximately 1,100 sq. ft. and is occupied by a mature single lady. Her son lives in a second unit in the same building, approximately 1,600 sq. ft. The household also has a small dog, so candidates must be pet-friendly. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housekeeper looking to supplement their income with steady part-time work. Schedule The schedule is three days per week, with Monday and Saturday required, and the third day flexible between Wednesday or Thursday.
Responsibilities:- Deep clean and maintain both condominium units to a high standard
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
- Dust furniture, surfaces, and fixtures
- Maintain general household organization
- Change bed linens once per week in each unit
- Light laundry of bed linens
- Maintain the apartments so they remain consistently clean and well-presented
- No regular laundry required for the lady's unit
Requirements:- Previous private-home housekeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent cleaning and organizational skills
