Stone Production Manager

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS5+ years in stone, granite, quartz, or solid-surface fabrication, or closely related manufacturing 3+ years in a supervisory or lead roleHands-on CNC and stone fabrication equipment experience, including reading CNC job files and shop drawings A proven record of reducing cost and waste, with numbers to back it upStrong math skills (square footage, yield and scrap percentages, labor cost, basic budgeting) Experience training employees and working with SOPsWorking knowledge of OSHA standards, especially silicaComfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and shop management softwareHighly organized and effective both leading a team and working independentlyPREFERREDDegree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or operationsLean, Six Sigma, or 5S trainingSlab layout/nesting software and digital templating experienceERP or production tracking system experienceOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationBilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese
