Lead Analytical Chemist, Lab Build & LDT Development

OVAcens, a health tech company focused on early cancer detection, is building a new San Diego lab. The Principal Analytical Chemist will own LC-MS method development end-to-end and lead all bench work to support LDT development. You will ensure GLP-compliant studies, SOPs, and audit-ready documentation. You will be the first full-time lab hire, reporting to the COO, mentoring junior scientists, and shaping lab culture while developing lifesaving diagnostic assays from concept to execution.
