Technical Support Specialist – Autonomous Vehicles We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to help keep self-driving vehicles operating safely and smoothly.
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite Only)
Pay: $20–$24 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11 AM–7 PM Benefits Available
Job Duties:- Troubleshoot vehicle and computer system issues
- Use Unix/Linux commands to check system problems
- Report and track issues using Slack and JiraCheck vehicle charging, startup, and shutdown
- Inspect cables and basic vehicle equipment
- Move vehicles around the garage
- Communicate problems to engineering teams
Requirements:- 1+ year of technical support experience
- Hands-on Unix/Linux command line experience
- Experience with Slack and ticketing systems
- Basic computer and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license held for 3+ years
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must work onsite in Austin, TXAuthorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
