Architectural Drafter (Intermediate) We're hiring an Architectural Drafter for a design studio in the NoHo neighborhood of Manhattan. This is a hands-on production drafting role - you'll take redlines and sketches and turn them into clean, complete drawing sets for residential projects (homes and apartments). This is not a design or management position.
What you'll need:- 3-5 years of experience producing complete architectural drawing sets independently
- Strong AutoCAD skills required
- A degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Comfortable working in a Mac-based office
Nice to have:
experience with NYC DOB permit filings, millwork details, Bluebeam, SketchUp, Rhino, or Studio Designer. This is a full-time, in-office position (5 days per week). No remote or hybrid option.
