Solution Shaping & Cross-Functional Support: Develop credible solution approaches and technical narratives in partnership with account, pursuit, product, and engineering teams. Serve as the technical bridge between the field and the product organization, feeding client requirements, objections, and market signals back to Product Management and Engineering to inform the product roadmap.
