PJM seeks a Deputy General Counsel to provide strategic legal leadership across regulatory, commercial, litigation, policy, and stakeholder matters. You will advise executives, supervise legal professionals, and coordinate with Governmental & Member Services to advance PJM’s priorities before courts, agencies, and legislatures.
The role requires deep knowledge of energy regulation, risk management, and ethical governance. Hybrid work arrangement with regular engagement across PJM regions.
