Part-Time Remote Phone Interviewer

Mathematica, Inc. is seeking part-time Phone Project Assistants to work remotely for our Survey Operations Center in support of national research projects. The role involves conducting telephone interviews with study participants and entering responses into a CATI-based database. Candidates should have 1–3 years in customer service or research, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work at least 20 hours weekly, including some weekend shifts.
