Software Engineering (remote)

What This Role Actually Is This is a backend software engineering role on a platform team supporting the Data team. This team owns foundational services, infrastructure patterns, CI/CD, server-side rendering, cloud services, catalog services, and platform capabilities used by other engineering teams. Top Priorities 1. Backend service ownership 2. Node.js and TypeScript 3. Database ownership and migrations 4. Cloud experience (GCP preferred, AWS acceptable) 5. Terraform and Infrastructure as Code 6. CI/CD experience 7. Migration and modernization initiatives 8. Scalability and reliability mindset
