Compliance Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Review and approve advertising, marketing, and sales materials for compliance with carrier guidelines, state insurance regulations, and internal policies. Review social media content, websites, videos, email campaigns, seminars, and other marketing communications submitted by agents and internal teams. Monitor agent marketing activities to identify and address potential compliance concerns. Conduct ongoing surveillance of agent websites, social media profiles, digital advertising, and public-facing communications. Investigate potential compliance violations and document findings and corrective actions. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, and Operations to ensure compliant business practices. Interpret carrier advertising guidelines and communicate requirements to agents and internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and review standards. Research state insurance advertising regulations and regulatory updates. Maintain accurate records of advertising reviews, approvals, exceptions, and compliance investigations. Assist with internal audits and regulatory examinations as needed. Provide education and guidance to agents regarding compliant advertising and marketing practices.

Qualifications: Required2–5 years of experience in insurance compliance, advertising review, regulatory compliance, or risk management. Working knowledge of insurance advertising regulations and compliance best practices. Experience reviewing marketing materials for regulatory and carrier compliance. Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interpret regulatory guidance and apply it to real-world business situations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
