What You'll Do: Think of your route like your own small business. We supply the truck, the customers, and the game plan-you take ownership and deliver outstanding results: Apply lawn care treatments such as fertilization, weed control, and aeration Conduct routine inspections of customer lawns and recommend services Operate and maintain equipment safely and professionally Deliver a friendly, informed, and helpful customer experience Promote services by canvassing neighborhoods on non-treatment days-offering free quotes and supporting business growth Work outdoors in various weather conditions, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs for 8-10 hour shifts

Qualifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Candidates must meet background check requirements Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude Comfortable working solo or as part of a team Willingness to learn-we'll provide the training Reliable, professional, and safety-focused

Compensation & Benefits
