APPLY NOW (opens in a new tab)To support employee well-being, the full-time Ohio Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist will provide outpatient behavioral health services, including psychosocial assessments and individual therapy, while working remotely with one scheduled day in the office for in-person visits.
Key responsibilities:
Provide assessment and ongoing services to employees and their families
Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress in EPIC while coordinating patient appointments
Partner with management to deliver consultations and training for a healthier workplace
Required qualifications:
Master's degree in Professional Counseling or Social Work
Active Ohio independent-level clinical license (LPCC, LPC, LSW, or LISW)
Three years of healthcare experience in a behavioral health setting
Knowledge of computerized healthcare documentation and appointment scheduling systems
Training in short-term therapy techniques preferred
