Licensed Architect 10+ years of progressively responsible architectural design and project delivery experienceExperience leading projects through multiple phases, including design, documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administrationStrong technical architectural background with demonstrated QA/QC and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultantsStrong understanding of building codes, construction documents, specifications, and project deliveryPre-engineered metal building (PEMB) knowledge/experience preferredStrong Revit proficiencyLooking for someone who can provide technical project leadership while remaining actively engaged in project deliveryLocal to the Upstate New York area preferred.
