Job Title: Bilingual Assembly Technician – Entry Level
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Concord, NC
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Entry-Level Assembly Technician to support production and assembly operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, reliable, and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with assembling, testing, and inspecting components
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment
- Perform quality checks and report any issues or inconsistencies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow safety procedures and production instructions
- Assist with other production and warehouse duties as needed
Required Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
