Senior Pulp Mill Operations Leader

Smurfit WestRock plc is seeking a Pulp Mill Manager to lead safe and efficient production operations in the mill, coaching supervisors and frontline teams to meet safety, quality, and KPI targets. You will manage budgets, maintenance planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive cost control and operational excellence. The role requires deep pulp/paper mill experience, strong leadership, and the ability to implement continuous improvement on the shop floor.
